What is FlyOrDie.io?

FlyOrDie.io is an addictive multiplayer survival game that sets you up in the craziest of food chains! Initially created as EvoWorld.io, the game starts you off, humble and small, as a fly, battling your way up through 45 different animal forms. The concept is simple but highly addictive: eat to evolve and take over! Going up the animal kingdom ladder means the other players become your threats and potential next lunch. Infernally fun, each rank imparts new skills and expands on your list of meals: So, will you have to Fly or Die?

How to Play

FlyOrDie.io is easy to get to grips with but hard to master. Your character moves with mouse movement or Arrow keys/WASD for directional keys. Left-clicking (LMB) performs actions, and using right-click (RMB) invokes an entity's special ability. The golden rule of the game: eat everything with a green outline, and do watch your step: if it's red it is out to eat you! Start moving and eating while watching your water levels, as it will keep you alive. In 8 stages of evolving, you will meet from normal animals, demons, mythical beasts, cosmic entities, and the undead!

Tips & Tricks

Ready to take over the food chain? Try these key strategies: never stay in one place for too long because the predators are on the lookout! Learn when to use your special abilities; a fly's "beginner's luck," for instance, gives you a 50% chance to avoid predator attacks. When things heat up, head into the clouds to escape the clutches of a larger predator. Drink plenty of water, or else dehydration will take you down faster than any predator could. Most of all: Eat! Eat! Eat! The more prey you consume, the faster you'll evolve!
